Guwahati, April 25: Ray’s 3019 Warriors from Shillong put up an impressive show at the Abu Dhabi Combat Club (ADCC) Northeast Open 2026, held at Vivanta Guwahati on Friday.
Competing against some of the region’s best Jiu-Jitsu teams, Ray’s 3019 Warriors won five medals from six fighters including three gold, one silver and one bronze.
Peliganstar Lapang claimed gold in the men’s under-55 kg category. Shaun Lyngdoh Nongpiur added another gold in the boys’ under-17, 70 kg division, while Saphilawan P. Dkhar emerged victorious in the girls’ under-15, 45 kg category.
Deirikynti Kharkongor secured silver in the girls’ under-17, 50 kg category. Arlawanphi Lyndem also made the podium, winning bronze in the under-8, 21 kg division.
The Laitumkhrah-based gym was coached by Raymond and managed during the tournament by Arwot Kurbah and Marba Lyndem.
