Tura, Sept 10: The District Football Association (DFA), Tura, has decided to shift the remaining matches of the ongoing Tura Football League’s Super Division to the Narangbari Playground in Selsella.
The decision has been taken after the authorities of the P. A. Sangma Sports Complex and Pa Togan Nengminja Athletic Track & Field declined permission for the use of the grounds, as preparations are underway for the National Games 2027.
Tura is scheduled to host the Women’s Football competition during the National Games, making the venues unavailable for the remaining league fixtures.
According to an announcement by the DFA on its social media handle, all remaining Super Division League matches, except those scheduled on Saturdays in September, will be played at the Narangbari Playground in Selsella.
As per the revised fixture chart, the September 12 match between West Balalgre and Araimile SCC is scheduled for 3pm, while the fixtures for Rounds Four and Five are yet to be notified.
The Round Four fixtures include Chipakkore FC vs Rongbakgre SCCT, Boca Juniors vs Maram FC, Araimile SCC vs Rongkhon Sporting and West Balalgre vs Selsella SA.
Round Five will see Rongbakgre SCCT face Boca Juniors, Chipakkore FC take on Araimile SCC, Maram FC play West Balalgre and Rongkhon Sporting meet Selsella SA.

The DFA said the revised schedule would be shared soon.
The association also expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by the change of venue and sought the cooperation and support of participating teams, players, officials and supporters.
