Shillong, Oct 1: Nongkseh Sport Social & Cultural Club’s (Nongkseh SS&CC) I-League 3 Group C matches will now be played at 5pm, after the All India Football Federation (AIFF) approved the club’s request to have all its games scheduled in the evening.
The revised schedule means all four of Nongkseh’s matches at the SSA Football Stadium in Polo will kick off at 5pm, allowing more spectators to attend and support the Meghalaya State League champions.
The earlier fixture schedule had Nongkseh’s matches spread across different time slots, with games listed at both 9am and 3pm. Under the revised schedule, the club’s matches have been moved to the 5pm slot, while the other Group C matches will continue to be played at 9am.
Nongkseh will begin their campaign on October 22 against Kuppuraj FC at 5pm. On October 24, they will face Chhaygaon FC, followed by matches against Lakecity FC on October 28 and Godavari FC on October 30.
