Tura, July 11: Chada United Sports Association recorded the biggest win of the day in the Tura Football League (TFL) 2026-27 Second Division after dismantling Greenwood 7-0 at the GBHSS Playground in Chandmary on Saturday.
Balsan K. Sangma led the charge with a brilliant hat-trick, scoring twice inside the opening 15 minutes of play with goals in the 12th and 14th minutes before completing his treble in the second half with goal at the 67th minute.
Donabel M. Marak extended the advantage in the 25th minute, while substitute Jhosaya A. Sangma made an immediate impact by scoring twice in the 34th and 79th minutes. Irish M. Marak also got on the scoresheet in the 59th minute to round off an impressive attacking display.
In the day’s other Second Division match, A•Beng Youth Club recovered from a two-goal deficit to defeat Chisakgre Youth Club 3-2 in a thrilling contest.
Chisakgre stunned their opponents with two goals inside the opening three minutes through Sengrik Shira and Salebirth Sangma.
A•Beng gradually worked their way back into the game, with Kalseng P. Sangma reducing the deficit in the 29th minute.
The comeback was completed after the interval as substitute Ninwell Marak equalised in the 53rd minute before Tapding Sangma scored the winner in the 69th minute to seal a memorable victory.
