Tura, July 11: Selsella Sports Club produced an emphatic display in the Super Division of the Tura Football League 2026-27, registering a commanding 6-1 victory over Rongbakgre Sports Cultural Club at the P.A. Sangma Football Stadium in Dakopgre on Saturday.
Bikash Rabha starred for Selsella with a superb hat-trick, scoring in the 16th, 20th and 68th minutes as his side dominated proceedings from start to finish.
Niksrangsil Sangma added another goal in the 43rd minute, while Saldish G. Momin struck twice late in the match, finding the net in the 75th and 86th minutes to complete the rout.
Rongbakgre SCC managed only a consolation goal through Dushak A. Sangma in the 24th minute.
Chandmary Football Club defeat Do·reng Sporting Club 4-2
Meanwhile, in the First Division fixture played at the GBHSS Playground in Chandmary, Chandmary Football Club defeated Do·reng Sporting Club 4-2 after a lively encounter.
Chandmary FC made a blistering start, taking control of the match through an early goal from Changrim T. Sangma in the third minute. Tengrik R. Marak then scored twice, in the seventh and 30th minutes, while Liam Attamgrik M. Marak added another in the 26th minute to put his side firmly in command.
Do·reng Sporting attempted a comeback before half-time, with substitute Adoniza Marak reducing the deficit in the 33rd minute before Bothsing Marak scored another in the 40th minute.
Despite the late first-half pressure, Chandmary defended resolutely after the break to secure all three points.
