Shillong : In a historic achievement for Indian sports journalism, acclaimed photojournalist Gitika Talukdar has been officially selected by FIFA to cover the 2026 Men’s FIFA World Cup in North America. With this selection, Talukdar becomes the only Indian woman photographer to secure credentials for the prestigious global tournament.
