Shillong, June 4: Tickets for the Meghalaya State League 5 (MSL 5) final will go on sale today at the SSA Stadium ticket counter, with organisers expecting high demand for Friday’s title clash between Nongkseh SSCC and Langsning FC.
Tickets are priced between Rs 100 and Rs 300, with the majority in the lower price bracket. The counter opens at 2pm today and from 1pm tomorrow (Friday), the match day. Kick-off is at 6pm under the floodlights.

Beyond the trophy, the stakes could not be higher with the winning team earning a place in the All India Football Federation’s (AIFF) I-League 3, giving both clubs added motivation heading into Friday’s final.
The two sides have earned their place in the decider after a tournament that has featured 130 matches since April, the biggest and most ambitious edition of the MSL yet. The tournament is an initiative of the Meghalaya Football Association (MFA) in collaboration with the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs. Last week’s semi-finals drew large, vocal crowds to the SSA Stadium at Polo Grounds, setting the stage for what promises to be a charged atmosphere at the final.
Fans unable to make it to the ground can catch the action live on the Hello Meghalaya app.
Organisers have reminded supporters not to bring water bottles, dangerous materials, or any unlawful items into the stadium. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
